Teachers, Students and administrative employees of Daffodil International University are hereby notified that special classes, quizzes, presentations, assignments, which cannot be conducted for unavoidable circumstances, should be conducted in the following Fridays and other days depending on the availability of class rooms and time slots .

All the Students of Faculty of Science and Information Technology (FSIT) are hereby notified that they will not be allowed to carry Mobile phone and Calculator (USB Support) in the Examination Hall. If any student is found to have in possession of these items he/she will not be allowed to continue with his/her examination. We look for your Co-operation.

Rally National Victory Day”.

We are pleased to inform that Daffodil International University is going to arrange a Rally that will be organized on 16th December 2012 to pay homage to the Martyrs on the observance of “National Victory Day”. The Rally will start from DIU Main Campus at 7:00 am. All are requested to be present in time.

M.SC payment Schedule Textile Dept.

This is hereby notified that the students of M.Sc in TE program of FSIT should receive the Final Examination clearance of Fall 2012 Semester by paying the 3rd installment at DIU cash counter (1st floor of HOTEL Nidmohol). Unless paying the installment , no student will be allowed for the final Examination

Late fee TK 200 will be applicable from December 28, 2012

The fees Payment schedule is given below.

December 22, 2012 to December 27, 2012 (Saturday-Thursday)   9.00 am to 3.00 pm   3.00 pm to 6.00 pm

About Learning Feedback systm.(LFS)

Respected all,

This is for your kind information that as decided by the Management, in addition to his regular responsibilities, Mr. Md. Shibli Shahriar, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Business Administration, Faculty of Business & Economics has been assigned for implementation of Learning Feedback System (LFS) as well as to ensure the participation of the respected faculty members of the university to LFS. In the case of any assistance relating to Learning Feedback System, respected faculty members are ardently requested to communicate with Mr. Shahriar and attend workshops to be offered for practical demonstration of LFS.

The coordination officers of all departments are also requested to assist the students regarding completing account registration, retrieving password and user id of LFS

NOTICE for the Registration of Spring-2013 Semester

It is hereby notified to all the students of Dept. of Textile Engineering that their course registration for the Spring-2013 Semester will be held from January 08 to January 14, 2013 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in Room no 201 according to the following schedule. The Faculty Members will help the students in the registration process. Without the course registration, students will not be allowed to enter into the class and their name and ID will not be recorded in the attendance register.

DIU library

With due respect, we are delighted to inform you that DIU library has already implemented a new Institutional Repository Software (DSpace). There are thousands of libraries using DSpace across the world, including Bangladesh. After training & implementation of this software, DIU library personnel have performed their duties in time and uploaded all publications of DIU into DSpace database.
