All the students of TE are being informed that the IEB accreditation team will be visiting our dept. soon. In this regards we are requesting you to provide/return the following documents of Summer 13, Fall 13 and spring 14 semesters.

1.  Questions of quiz/class test and answer scripts.

2.  Copy of Lab sheets, sample lab report and any reports of assignment related to lab.

3.  Question paper of lab final exams.

Please return the documents to either course teacher or to the TE office

Provide the documents by 8th July 2014.

Students of Daffodil International University are hereby notified that all the classes of DIU will remain closed from 26 to 31 July 2014 on the occasion of “Eid-Ul-Fitr”. Classes will resume on 02 August 2014.


Leave for classes of Masters’ programs will be decided by the Head of the Department in consultation with the Dean of the Faculty.

NOTICE for the Registration of Fall-2014 Semester

It is hereby notified to all the students of Dept. of Textile Engineering that their course registration for the Fall-2014 Semester will be held from September 04 to September 10, 2014 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in Room no 201 according to the following schedule. The Faculty Members will help the students in the registration process. Without the course registration, students will not be allowed to enter into the class and their name and ID will not be recorded in the attendance register.

NOTICE

21 October 2014

 
We are pleased to inform that the Orientation Program for the newly admitted students of all bachelor programs in Fall 2014 will be held at DIU Permanent Campus, Ashulia on 01 November 2014 Saturday. The daylong program will also include cultural events and it will end at 4:00 pm.

All freshers are advised to present at sharp 7:00 am in Manik Mia Avenue to avail the buses to join the Orientation Program at Ashulia.

Students must wear his/her ID card to get into the buses.

All scheduled classes and mid-term examinations of Fall 2014 semester on 01 November 2014 will be shifted to 03 November 2014.

Students are hereby notified that they will have to maintain at least 50% class attendance in each course to appear in the Final Examination. Any student with an attendance of less than 50% in a course will be allowed to appear in the Final Examination with the approval of the Head of the department in consultation with the concerned course teacher(s) and on payment of BDT. 500/- (Taka five hundred) as fine.
