Mid-term Exam Related Important Notice

The mid-term examinations (Fall 2014) of Faculty of Engineering scheduled on 05.11.2014 and 6.11.2014 are cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. The rescheduled dates for the above-mentioned examination are given below.

All the students are advised to complete their registration as per DIU examination rules by 02nd April, 2015.

Class Schedule During the month of  Holy Ramadan

During the month of Holy Ramadan classes of the department of TE will be held according to the following schedule:
Regular time-slot in the Routine Before Ramadan)

08:30-10:00   10:00-11:30   11:30-1:00   1:00-2:30   2:30-4:00   4:00-5:30


Rescheduled time-slot (During Holy Ramadan)
Classes of day programs will be held between 9.30am and 3.30pm

9:30-10:25   10:25-11:20   11:20-12:15   12:15-01:10   01:10-01:40     Prayer Break   01:40-2:35   2:35-3:30

Classes of Evening programs will be held between 4.00pm and 6.00pm

Note: Duration of Lab classes will be of two (2) consecutive periods. Course Teachers are requested to reschedule their Lab classes accordingly.

Dear all Final Year Viva Students,

Please see the attachments for the Comprehensive Viva, Project Presentation & Industrial Attachment viva  details schedule which will be held from 26th July 2015.
You are also requested to check your project and Industrial Attachment group as soon as possible.

Students must clear their dues by 25th July 2015. If anybody fails to clear his/her dues within the aforementioned date, his/her comprehensive viva , project presentation & industrial attachment will not be held.

Students of Daffodil International University are hereby notified that all the classes of DIU will remain closed from 14 to 20 July 2015 on the occasion of “Eid-Ul-Fitr”. Classes will resume on 21 July 2015.

Leave for classes of Masters’ programs will be decided by the Head of the Department in consultation with the Dean of the Faculty.

Students of Daffodil International University are requested to pay their tuition fees according to the schedule announced by the Accounts Section for attending final examinations of Summer 2015 semester. Students having dues will not be allowed to sit for Final Examinations.
 
7.5% VAT has been imposed on total fees and other charges paid in exchange of the services as per NBR directives.
 
Please contact with respective officials of Accounts Section to know your payable amount and pay your fees at DIU Cash counter accordingly.
