The payment schedule has been declared by Accounts Section to get Admit Card for Final Examinations for Fall semester of 2015.
 
Students are advised to follow the schedule and pay the required amount accordingly.
 
Students having dues amount will not be allowed to sit for Final Examinations.

NOTICE for the Registration of Spring 2016 Semester


It is hereby notified to all the students of Dept. of Textile Engineering that their course registration for the Spring-2016 Semester will be held in Room no 701 according to the following schedule. The Faculty Members will help the students in the registration process. Without course registration, students will not be allowed to enter into the lecture class and their name and ID will not be recorded in the attendance register.

Steps to be followed-

1.   All the students are suggested to collect the Registration Clearance Form from the Accounts Section by paying 1st installment money to DIU accounts section, detail schedule of collection will be mailed to you soon.
2.   Students are also suggested to clear all the previous dues before the date of the registration.
3.   Students must remain present physically during registration as per schedule mentioned above.
4.   Back log courses should be taken at first, there is no alternative to this.
5.   Students must follow their respective syllabus / course structure (Course code/title) which is available in department notice board and DIU Forum.
6.   Classes of Spring 2016 will start from January 16, 2016
No Add/Drop will be Allowed

Students are advised to follow the payment schedule declared by Accounts Section and pay the required amount for Mid Term Examinations of Spring 2016 semester and collect their Admit Card to sit for the examinations.
 
Students having dues amount and without Admit Card will not be allowed to sit for Final Examinations.
 
It is also to be noted that one day permission to sit for examinations will not be given to any student.

Notice of Project, Industrial Attachment & Comp. Viva of Spring 2016

Notice

Subject: Project, Industrial Attachment, & Comprehensive Viva

The Comprehensive Viva (TE-411) of Spring-2016 semester will be held from April 12, 2016 (Tuesday). Defense of Project (TE407/417/4214) of Fall- 2015 & Industrial attachment viva (TE410/418/431) of Spring-2016 will be held after completion of Comprehensive Viva (TE-411/419/432). Further details will be notified later. In this regard concerned students are suggested to keep ready one copy of their Project/Thesis & Internship report with CD and submit to the DIU library after completion of respective viva exam. Please note that, without proof of submission of CD we shall not process your result.



Both the project/thesis and industrial attachment report must be written as per DIU guidelines which is available in the DIU Forum or students can collect from their supervisors.


Students must clear their dues by April 11, 2016.

If anybody fails to clear his/her dues within the aforementioned date, his/her comprehensive viva, project presentation & industrial attachment will not be held.
