o You are sincere
o You have good command in English
o You have creative thinking, sound know-how of computers, and
understanding of people
o You know (or want to) how to design research and collect and handle data
o You know how to review literature
o Collect information from various sources (interviews, news papers etc)
o You know how to type (English and Bengali- you could learn Bengali typing
later)
o You know how to write reports/papers
o You are self motivated and you can come up with new ideas of research
o You have access to internet and phone
o You can maintain relationship with and travel to NGOs, UN, publishers and government offices
Important:
_ No experience required if you are confident you can learn them. You may be
from any branch of social sciences.
_ You may be a student or a graduate or unemployed and looking for a job.
_ You are really needy
_ You will be working independently as your supervisors live overseas.
_ There is a probability that this position will be full time and permanent over
time.
Salary is negotiable
Other benefits such as festival bonus, transportation allowance etc., are admissible.
