Yes, there is no alternative to bring the Industry & Academia under the same umbrella and work together. Otherwise, this problem would become violent. However, there must be a clear plan on
 
"how that Industry-Academia collaboration will take place so each party can gain the maximum?"
"what aspect the collaboration will take place?"
"what the industry expectation from the academia and vice versa"
"who will work and when will work and why will work to make the things happen?"

If we bring some problem, we must think on the solution alongside.

First of all, thanks a lot for sharing the article. I do agree with Samsul Alam, Lecturer, department of Business Administration. Because, I also believe that there are certain steps which are needed to be followed if we really want to address this issue. As DIU believes in implementation, I think, the think- tanks of the university should seat together immediately and work out a plan to initiate the steps.
