Very informative post. Carrot is a vegetable of great food value. It contains a lot of vitamin A. It is very good for Eye. It also reduce sunburn. And help to keep a beautiful skin.

Thanks for all the replies. we should all take at least one carrot daily in our lunch or dinner  as a supplementary of carotene's and vitamin-A.
