Some great habits, one must imbibe in their life

Waking up early.
Treating others with respect & love.
Accomplishing the hardest task of the day first.
Exercising regularly.
Eating natural, non-processed foods.
Telling people how much you love them.
Avoiding the path of least resistance/leaning into fears.
Minimizing alcohol consumption.
Learning.
Reading.
Writing.
Questioning.
Talking to intriguing strangers.
Buying food/coffee for the homeless.
Forgiving others…even if they don’t deserve it.
Facing obstacles head on.
Taking time to disconnect from social media and technology.
Immersion into nature.
Meditation/prayer.
Regular sleep/wake schedule.
