Relieving Stress with Exercise

Stress is a common problem today in metro-cities people. Their lifestyle and work burden is the main reason of stress. It is not harmful for our mental but also physical health also.
Relieving stress with exercise is the best way to deal with your physical and mental tension. Not only will regular exercise reduce stress levels, it will also help you control how much cortisol your body produces. Exercise not only gives physically fitness but also mental happiness and satisfaction also. Exercise gives us energy to do work properly and reduce our tension. . So, next time you feel stressed out, get up, get out, and start relieving stress with exercise and saw the results self. Stress gives birth another disease in human body as like Blood Pressure, Heart Attack, Diabities, and Obesity. By exercise we can control all these problems and made our life happy and stress less.

There are also some tips to relieving stress:

        Avoid smoking and drinking.

        Don’t take excess of tea, coffee, cold drinks and fast-food.

        Drink a lot of water daily.

        Go for morning walk, it is best way to relieving stress.

        Play with children’s.

        Listen your favorite music or song.

        Yoga gives relief from stress.

        Read books, books are true friends of human beings.

So we can say that exercise is the best way to reduce your stress and  get your physical fitness. There is no best alternate of exercise. If you want physical and mental health than you must does exercise regularly. At least one day in a week.
