Banana contains plenty of potassium and is rich in vitamin B6. A medium sized banana gives you 400mg of potassium and 4mg of fibre! Bananas also contains carbohydrates which is very beneficial for the body as it is the main energy supply.Banana provide following beneficial effects. So we should take 1 banana daily.

1. Bananas regulate the bowel system
2. Bananas reduce the risk of heart diseases and blood pressure
3. Bananas reduce depression
4. Eat bananas for healthy bones
5. Reduce menstrual pains with bananas
6. Bananas help ulcer patients
