মোবাইল ফোন নিয়ে হরেক রকম বিপত্তিতে পড়তে হয়। তবে কিছু উপায় জেনে রাখলে এসব ঝামেলা থেকে মুক্তি পাওয়া যায়।

এক
ইমার্জেন্সি নম্বর
মোবাইল ফোনের জন্য ১১২ নম্বরটি বিশ্বজনীন ইমার্জেন্সি। আপনি যদি নিজেকে মোবাইল ফোন অপারেটরের নেটওয়ার্কের বাইরে আবিষ্কার করেন তাহলে এই নম্বরে ডায়াল করুন। আপনার মোবাইল ফোনটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে তার পাশের যেকোনো নেটওয়ার্কের সঙ্গে ইমার্জেন্সি কল স্থাপন করবে। মজার ব্যাপার হলো, আপনার হ্যান্ডসেটের কি-প্যাড লক করা থাকলেও ১১২ নম্বরে ডায়াল করা যাবে। একবার চেষ্টা করে দেখুন।

এঙ্ট্রা ব্যাটারি পাওয়ার
আপনার মোবাইল ফোনসেটের ব্যাটারি একদম শেষ? *৩৩৭০# চাপুন। এতে আপনার মোবাইল ফোনসেটটি এর রিজার্ভ থেকে প্রায় ৫০ শতাংশ ব্যাটারি পাওয়ার নিয়ে রিস্টার্ট হবে। পরবর্তী চার্জের সময় এই রিজার্ভটি আবার চার্জ হবে।

চুরি হয়ে যাওয়া মোবাইল ফোনসেট নিষ্ক্রিয় করা
আপনার মোবাইল ফোনসেটের সিরিয়াল নম্বর চেক করার জন্য *#০৬#-এ ডায়াল করুন। একটি ১৫ সংখ্যার কোড মোবাইল ফোনসেটের পর্দায় ভেসে উঠবে। এটি আপনার মোবাইল ফোনসেটের ইউনিক কোড নম্বর। নম্বরটি সংরক্ষণ করুন। ফোন চুরি হয়ে গেলে আপনার অপারেটরকে এই নম্বরটি বলে দিলে তারা আপনার সেটটি এমনভাবে নিষ্ক্রিয় করে দেবে যে চোর নতুন সিম লাগালেও তা আর সচল হবে না। আপনি হয়তো আপনার সেটটি কোনো দিনই ফেরত পাবেন না, কিন্তু এটি নিশ্চিত যে অন্য কেউ আপনার সেটটি ব্যবহার বা বিক্রি করতে পারবে না।

It is a very informative post. The three information are very helpful. I think if we all implement the third information we can easily reduce the tendency of stealing cellphone. And the first two are also very useful.
