Generate greater productivity with Office 365
Productivity is a great word that management-consultant types love to use. In the real world though, productivity can be summed up in a simple question: Can you do my job easier or not? Microsoft has invested heavily and spent a tremendous amount of time trying to make the user and administrator experiences of Office 365 as easy and simple as possible.
The idea is that increasing simplicity yields greater productivity. Whether it is an administrator setting up a new employee or a business analyst writing policy and procedure documents in Word. When the technology gets out of the way and you can focus on your job, you become more productive. Try using a typewriter instead of a Word processor. Whoever thought copy and paste would be such a game changer?
Access from anywhere with Office 365
Accessing your enterprise software over the Internet has some big advantages. For one, all you need is your computer — desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone — and an Internet connection or phone coverage. Another benefit of accessing centrally located data is that you always have a single source of the truth. If you make a change to a document from your tablet at home and then your colleague views the file from their phone, she will see the most up-to-date document. IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6) is also called IPng (Internet Protocol next generation) and it is the newest version of the Internet Protocol (IP) reviewed in the IETF standards committees to replace the current version of IPv4 (Internet Protocol Version 4).
IPv6 is the successor to Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4). It was designed as an evolutionary upgrade to the Internet Protocol and will, in fact, coexist with the older IPv4 for some time. IPv6 is designed to allow the Internet to grow steadily, both in terms of the number of hosts connected and the total amount of data traffic transmitted.
IPv6 is often referred to as the "next generation" Internet standard and has been under development now since the mid-1990s. IPv6 was born out of concern that the demand for IP addresses would exceed the available supply.
While increasing the pool of addresses is one of the most often-talked about benefit of IPv6, there are other important technological changes in IPv6 that will improve the IP protocol:

After releasing a preview in May, Google is making its free Classroom tool available for anyone with a Google Apps for Education account.
Classroom offers a single dashboard and unified system for Google’s other services, such as Docs, Drive and Gmail, so that teachers can easily deliver classroom materials and assignments with their students.
Lecturers can create new classes and manually add students, or share a unique code so that relevant learners can add quickly add themselves. Likewise, assignments can be set up at any time from the Google Apps dashboard, with all the necessary information (assignment name and synopsis, deadline) and optional work materials linked from Drive, a webpage or YouTube video.
Furthermore, teachers can set the privileges for Docs/Drive files between: Students can view file, Students can edit file, and Make a copy for each student. The latter is particularly important, as it quickly duplicates worksheets, tests and so forth so that students aren’t overwriting each other’s work.

এ শ্রেণীর প্রোসেসরগুলো ১৯৯০ সালের কম্পিউটারগুলোতে প্রধান প্রোসেসর হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা হত। সে সময় একমাত্র প্রসেসর হিসেবে Intel Pentium ই বাজার দখল করে রেখেছিল। পরবর্তীতে কালক্রমে ৩২ বিটের AMD প্রোসেসের আগমন ঘটে।মূলত ৩২ বিট প্রসেসর-এর অপারেটিং সিস্টেম এবং সফটওয়্যার গুলো ৩২ বিট নির্ভর হয়ে থাকে। যেমন : উইন্ডো ৯৫, ৯৮ এবং এক্সপি হলো ৩২ বিট অপারেটিং সিস্টেম, যা সচারচর ৩২ বিট প্রোসেসরগুলোতে ব্যবহার করা হয়ে থাকে।
:: ৬৪ বিট প্রসেসর : ::
৬৪ বিট সম্পন্ন কম্পিউটার সকলের হাতে পৌছায় ২০০০ সালের শুরুর দিকে। যদিও ১৯৬১ সালের শুরুর দিকে যখন IBM তাদের IBM 7030 Stretch সুপার কম্পিউটার তৈরীর সময় এই প্রসেসর এর পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ করে। যার ফলে পরবর্তীতে Microsoft তাদের সর্বাধিক জনপ্রিয় Windows XP অপারেটিং সিস্টেম এর 64-bit ভার্সন বাজারে প্রকাশিত করে যাতে করে 64-bit সম্পন্ন প্রসেসরগুলোতে তা ব্যবহার করা যায়। আর তার পর থেকেই Windows Vista, Windows 7 এবং Windows 8 এর 64-bit ভার্সনগুলো একের-পর এক বাজারে আসতে শুরু করে।শুধু তাই নয়, এছাড়াও অন্যান্য সফটওয়্যারগুলোও 64-bit কম্পিউটারের উপযোগী করে তৈরী করা হয়, যাতে করে ৬৪ বিট কম্পিউটারেও তা সক্ষমভাবে কাজ করতে পারে।
:: ৩২ বিট আর ৬৪ বিট এ পার্থক্য কি ::
১। ৩২ বিট এর চেয়ে ৬৪ বিটে উইন্ডোজের নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা বেশি, বিশেষ করে Kernel Patch Protection অনেক বেশি শক্তিশালী হয় ৬৪ বিটে। Kernel হল প্রসেসর, হার্ডওযার, ডিভাইস ড্রাইভার এর সাথে অন্যান্য সফটওয়ারের সমন্বয় রক্ষা করে চলার একটি পদ্ধতি যার উপর ভিত্তি করে অপারেটিংস সিস্টেম তৈরি হয়। একেক অপারেটিং সিস্টেমে একেক ধরনের Kernel ব্যবস্থা ব্যবহার করা হয়।
২। ৬৪ বিট উইন্ডোজে ডিজিটাল সাইন ছাড়া ড্রাইভার ইন্সটল করা যায় না। ডিজিটাল সাইনটা এক প্রকার কোম্পানির সীলের মত। যখন ঐ সফটওয়ারটাকে ভাইরাস আক্রমন করে বা এর মধ্যে কোন পরিবর্তন হয় তখন ডিজিটাল সাইনটি পরিবর্তিত হয়ে যায় যাকে হিসেবে উইন্ডোজ ধরে নেয়। ৩২ বিটেও ডিজিটাল সাইন ছাড়া ড্রাইভার ইন্সটল না করার অপশন আছে তবে এটি ডিফল্ট সেটিংস নয়। কিন্তু ৬৪বিটে উইন্ডোজ Digital Sign Broken কে অনুমোদন করে না।
৩। ৬৪ বিট প্রসেসরে ৬৪ বিট এবং ৩২ বিট দুই ধরনের উন্ডোজই (অপারেটিং সিস্টেম) ব্যবহার করা যায়। তবে ৩২ বিট প্রসেসরে শুধু মাত্র ৩২ বিট উন্ডোজই ব্যবহার করা যায়। সুতরাং ৬৪বিট উইন্ডোজ ব্যবহার করতে চায়লে ৬৪বিট প্রসেসরই লাগবে।
৪। ৬৪বিট উইন্ডোজে কিছু কিছু ৩২বিটের সফওয়ার, আর ড্রাইভার রান করা গেলেও অনেক সময় সমস্যা দেখা দেয়, সঠিকভাবে কাজ করে না। তবে ৩২বিট উইন্ডোজে ৬৪বিট সফটওয়ার বা ড্রাইভার কোনটাই কাজ করে না। অর্থাৎ সঠিকভাবে কাজ করার জন্য ৬৪বিটের জন্য ৬৪বিটের সফটওয়ার আর ড্রাইভার যেমন দরকার তেমন ৩২ বিটের জন্যও ৩২বিটের সফটওয়ার আর ড্রাইভার দরকার। আবার ১৬বিট প্রোগ্রামগুলো ৩২বিটে কাজ করলেও ৬৪বিটে কাজ করে না। ৬৪ বিটের প্রোগ্রামগুলো ৩২বিটের চেয়ে পারফরমেন্স ভাল দেখায়। যেমন ক্রাশ করা বা এরকম অন্যান্য সমস্যাগুলো থেকে ৬৪বিট প্রোগ্রামগুলো মুক্ত বললেই চলে।
৫। ৬৪বিট প্রসেসর সাধারণত x64 এবং ৩২বিট প্রসেসর সাধারণত x86 গতিতে চলে।
৬। ৩২ বিটের জন্য সাধারণত 512MB থেকে 4 GB পর্যন্ত RAM Recommend করা হয় যেখানে ৬৪বিটের জন্য 4 GB recommend করা হয়। এর চেয়ে কম হলেও চলে।

১। ৩২ বিট এর চেয়ে ৬৪ বিটে উইন্ডোজের নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা বেশি, বিশেষ করে Kernel Patch Protection অনেক বেশি শক্তিশালী হয় ৬৪ বিটে। Kernel হল প্রসেসর, হার্ডওযার, ডিভাইস ড্রাইভার এর সাথে অন্যান্য সফটওয়ারের সমন্বয় রক্ষা করে চলার একটি পদ্ধতি যার উপর ভিত্তি করে অপারেটিংস সিস্টেম তৈরি হয়। একেক অপারেটিং সিস্টেমে একেক ধরনের Kernel ব্যবস্থা ব্যবহার করা হয়।
২। ৬৪ বিট উইন্ডোজে ডিজিটাল সাইন ছাড়া ড্রাইভার ইন্সটল করা যায় না। ডিজিটাল সাইনটা এক প্রকার কোম্পানির সীলের মত। যখন ঐ সফটওয়ারটাকে ভাইরাস আক্রমন করে বা এর মধ্যে কোন পরিবর্তন হয় তখন ডিজিটাল সাইনটি পরিবর্তিত হয়ে যায় যাকে হিসেবে উইন্ডোজ ধরে নেয়। ৩২ বিটেও ডিজিটাল সাইন ছাড়া ড্রাইভার ইন্সটল না করার অপশন আছে তবে এটি ডিফল্ট সেটিংস নয়। কিন্তু ৬৪বিটে উইন্ডোজ Digital Sign Broken কে অনুমোদন করে না।
৩। ৬৪ বিট প্রসেসরে ৬৪ বিট এবং ৩২ বিট দুই ধরনের উন্ডোজই (অপারেটিং সিস্টেম) ব্যবহার করা যায়। তবে ৩২ বিট প্রসেসরে শুধু মাত্র ৩২ বিট উন্ডোজই ব্যবহার করা যায়। সুতরাং ৬৪বিট উইন্ডোজ ব্যবহার করতে চায়লে ৬৪বিট প্রসেসরই লাগবে।
৪। ৬৪বিট উইন্ডোজে কিছু কিছু ৩২বিটের সফওয়ার, আর ড্রাইভার রান করা গেলেও অনেক সময় সমস্যা দেখা দেয়, সঠিকভাবে কাজ করে না। তবে ৩২বিট উইন্ডোজে ৬৪বিট সফটওয়ার বা ড্রাইভার কোনটাই কাজ করে না। অর্থাৎ সঠিকভাবে কাজ করার জন্য ৬৪বিটের জন্য ৬৪বিটের সফটওয়ার আর ড্রাইভার যেমন দরকার তেমন ৩২ বিটের জন্যও ৩২বিটের সফটওয়ার আর ড্রাইভার দরকার। আবার ১৬বিট প্রোগ্রামগুলো ৩২বিটে কাজ করলেও ৬৪বিটে কাজ করে না। ৬৪ বিটের প্রোগ্রামগুলো ৩২বিটের চেয়ে পারফরমেন্স ভাল দেখায়। যেমন ক্রাশ করা বা এরকম অন্যান্য সমস্যাগুলো থেকে ৬৪বিট প্রোগ্রামগুলো মুক্ত বললেই চলে।
৫। ৬৪বিট প্রসেসর সাধারণত x64 এবং ৩২বিট প্রসেসর সাধারণত x86 গতিতে চলে।
৬। ৩২ বিটের জন্য সাধারণত 512MB থেকে 4 GB পর্যন্ত RAM Recommend করা হয় যেখানে ৬৪বিটের জন্য 4 GB recommend করা হয়। এর চেয়ে কম হলেও চলে।

টেকজায়ান্ট গুগলের তৈরি বহুপ্রতীক্ষিত মডিউলার স্মার্টফোন বাজারে আসছে ২০১৫ সালে। ‘স্মার্টফোন’ বললেই যে ছবিটা আমাদের চোখে ভাসে, মাথার ভেতর চলতে থাকে যে র্যাম, রম আর পিক্সেলের হিসেব তার সবকিছুই পাল্টে দিতে পারে গুগলের প্রজেক্ট আরার মডুলার স্মার্টফোন।
কী এই মডিউলার স্মার্টফোন? এর বিশেষত্বই-বা কী? প্রজেক্ট আরার মডিউলার স্মার্টফোনটির সবচেয়ে উল্লেখযোগ্য ফিচারটিই হচ্ছে-- ইচ্ছেমতো এর হার্ডওয়্যার বদলে নেওয়া যাবে। স্মার্টফোনটির হার্ডওয়্যারের গঠনটাই এমন হবে যে, ক্রেতা নিজেই পুরনো ব্যাটারি বা ক্যামেরা খুলে নিজের পছন্দমতো নতুন হার্ডওয়্যার লাগিয়ে নিতে পারবেন।

বর্তমানে প্রায় সবাই এ্যান্ড্রয়েড ফোনটি নিরাপদ রাখার জন্য পাসওয়ার্ড বা প্যাটার্ন লক ইউস করি। অনেক সময় আমরা পাসওয়ার্ড টা ভুলে যাই, ফোনটিকে পুনরুদ্ধার করার জন্য ফ্ল্যাশ বা পুনরায় অপারেটিং সেটআপ দিতে হয় । 
কিন্তু, আপনি ইচ্ছা করলে নিজে থেকেই কাজটি করতে পারেন-
১. ফোনটি অফ করে নিন,
২. এরপর ভলিউমের বাটন দুটি চেপে ধরুন,
৩. পাওয়ার বাটনটি চেপে ধরে রাখুন, যতক্ষণ না পর্যন্ত ফোনটি চালু হয়,
৪. এরপর দেখবেন চারটি অপশন আসবে,
৫. রিসেট ফ্যাক্টরি সেটিংস্-এ চাপুন ।
(এটি করার জন্য ভলিউমের এবং পাওয়ার বাটনটি ইউস করুন)

ডেটা ট্রান্সফারে ব্যবহৃত ইউএসবি কেবলের পরিবর্তন আসতে সম্ভবত আর বেশি দেরি নেই। ১৯৯০ সালে প্রথম ব্যবহৃত হওয়া ইউএসবি পোর্টের আকার ও আকৃতির পরিবর্তন নিয়ে ধারণা প্রকাশ করেছে বিবিসি।
জুলাই নাগাদ নতুন ইউএসবি পোর্টের ডিজাইন চূড়ান্ত হতে পারে। এতে একই ইউএসবি কেবলের মাধ্যমে সহজে ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স ডিভাইস কম্পিউটারের সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত করা যাবে।
কম্পিউটারের সঙ্গে ক্যামেরা কিংবা স্মার্টফোন যুক্ত করতে গিয়ে পোর্টের পজিশন নিয়ে বাড়তি বিড়ম্বনাও কমবে বলে জানিয়েছেন নির্মাতারা। নতুন ইউএসবি কেবলের দুপ্রান্তের সংযোগমুখ থাকবে একই ধরনের। যেমনটি রয়েছে টেক জায়ান্ট অ্যাপলের লাইটিং কেবলে।
